However, it’s important to note that each insurance provider may have specific limitations, regulations, and rules. We recommend that you contact us before your appointment to ensure that we accept your specific insurance and that it will provide the coverage you expect.
Your dental plan is a valuable benefit designed to assist you in managing your dental treatment costs. The portion covered by your insurance is predetermined, either by you or your employer, in collaboration with the dental insurance carrier.
As out-of-network providers, we are committed to helping you maximize the benefits you are entitled to. We extend the courtesy of facilitating the completion and submission of your insurance claims for the care you receive in our practice. Additionally, if your insurance carrier requires it, we are ready to provide any necessary X-rays and treatment reports to address any questions or comments regarding the treatment provided.

* We understand that managing dental expenses can be a concern, so we offer healthcare financing through Care Credit. This allows you to benefit from lower monthly payments spread over a longer period and competitive interest rates. Applying for Care Credit is simple and can be done over the phone. If you have any questions or need assistance with the application process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
** We work with various dental insurance providers to help you maximize your insurance benefits. To maximize your coverage, we will complete and submit your insurance claim forms on your behalf. Please note that your estimated co-payment is due at the time of service. This estimate is based on the specifics of your insurance plan. Once your insurance company reconciles the claim, any overpayment will be refunded or credited to you, and any outstanding balance will be due once your statement is received.
